Commencing his career with Hall Contracting as a pipe layer in the early 1990s, Troy worked his way up the ranks to become an esteemed member of Hall’s executive leadership team.
Having held roles within the business as a plant operator, leading hand, foreman, civil construction manager and bid manager, Troy possesses unparalleled knowledge of all aspects of civil construction including pre-contracts and project delivery.
Troy relishes the opportunity to tackle challenging urban development and civil infrastructure projects, having successfully delivered canal estates and infrastructure in soft ground conditions and acid sulfate soils.
His strength lies in delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
