Hall has been principal contractor on this large new development on the Sunshine Coast since June 2009. The project involves major subdivisional works including large diameter stormwater manholes, deep sewer and substantial earthworks in rock.

On such a highly visible project, Hall employed over 50 pieces of plant to construct the stages. Being located next to the Mooloolah River National Park, environmental controls were paramount, with Hall implementing a complex sediment and erosion control system.
