Hall Contracting undertook the construction of Stage 17 of this
ongoing subdivision during 2003.

A total of approximately 180 lots were constructed in this stage
with an adjoining recreation park area created as part of the works.
Extensive earthworks and open drains were required to be constructed
due to the flat terrain and tight drainage tolerances.
