Hall Contracting has been the principal
contractor for this award winning canal
residential estate adjacent to the
environmentally sensitive fish habitat of
Pumicestone Passage. This has involved the
ongoing construction of canals and
residential allotments.

widely utilised along with bulk excavation
using excavators and dump trucks.
Compliance with strict environmental
guidelines has been a highlight of this award
winning project.

Tunnel boring at Pelican Waters.
A total of 2,000 allotments have been
constructed to date, with 1,500 more to be
completed over the next 5 to 10 years. Upon
completion, Pelican Waters will have a
population in the vicinity of 11,000 and will be
a suburb in its own right.
Adjacent to Pelican Waters, Hall Contracting constructed a Greg
Norman designed golf course and combined residential estate
