Hall Contracting carried out maintenance dredging of Tallebudgera Creek to provide access. The sand from this was pumped around Burleigh Heads to replenish the famous surfing beach.

This project exemplifies Hall Contracting's care for the environment. To protect the sensitive National Park at Burleigh Heads, a helicopter was used to lay pipeline around the rocky headland as access with heavy machinery was not possible without damaging the park. This costly exercise was very successful and won praise from the community.
