Coomera River Dredging
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland
Date: December 1999 - September 2000
Dredges: Kikilu 14" & Everglade 14"
Client: Qld Dept. of Transport
Hall Contracting carried out dredging of approximately 140,000m3
of sand and clay along 12km of the Coomera River. This material
was pumped into two disposal sites located at Sanctuary Cove and
Hope Island Resort.
This project was carried out together with dredging for both
the Gold Coast City Marina and Riviera Developments.
