Thomas ensures projects are delivered to the best possible quality within the project constraints, using the best available people and equipment.

Thomas involves the client in every stage of the work, ensuring they know what to expect, when and why, discussing any issues with them early to ensure they are informed. Transparency is key and Thomas believes in an open book approach to every stakeholder within the project. He loves a challenge and problem solving is one of his favourite pastimes.

After completing his degree in Belgium, Thomas’s work took him to many different projects and then finally to Australia. He was keen to work with a company such as Hall Contracting, especially after working with them on several larger projects he was managing. The first of these was in Thailand in 2003, and Thomas has since worked with Hall Contracting on projects at the Brisbane Airport and in Weipa. He was impressed with Hall’s work and when offered his current role, he did not hesitate to join the company
