PELICAN WATERS, QUEENSLAND

Constructing a traffic bridge in the Pelican Waters development

As the principal contractor for the Pelican Waters development for over 30 years, Hall constructed the final bridge for the development, connecting the Golf Course, Waterside and Glasshouse Bay precincts with Michael Street and providing easy access to Pumicestone Passage.

The bridge features shared pedestrian and bicycle paths, on-street bicycle lanes and vehicle lanes. Hall undertook major earthworks and bridge sub-structure works including installing 38 prestressed concrete piles, 90 tonnes of reinforcing steel, and over 550m3 of concrete.
