At Hall, we understand our business can only thrive with the support of the communities in which we live and work. Our team possesses a strong belief in giving back to community members and helping them in a meaningful way.
We believe in encouraging potential and strengthening our communities through education.
Placing a strong focus on supporting future generations, we are committed to nurturing the growth and academic development of our youth. As such, we provide a scholarship to engineering students at the University of the Sunshine Coast, have funded university research projects, and regularly donate to local schools to enhance the learning environment for students.
As a symbol of the company’s commitment to giving back to the communities in which they work, Hall Contracting established the Les and Mary Hall family scholarship in 2009.
Les and Mary Hall founded Hall Contracting in 1946. Over the past 65-plus years, the business has grown from a one-man operation to a multi-faceted company employing more than 180 staff and operating on a local, national and international stage. Recipients of the Les and Mary Hall Family Scholarship include:
Having undertaken river dredging works in Fiji, Hall Contracting was excited to further support projects that would benefit this region. As such, Hall

We are proud to support various charities and community groups, and have provided financial aid to more than 20 organisations in recent years. The following list provides an overview of some of the worthy causes we have chosen to support:
