In June 2009, Hall Contracting was engaged as the principal contractor on the Brightwater masterplanned development. These stages involved the construction of approximately 680 residential and commercial lots within the project.
All works were contracted under a number of lump sum contracts and/or separable portions. Hall Contracting delivered all works required for these stages, including the construction of roads with substantial subgrade replacements or subgrade modifications due to clay soils an a high water table. Significant stormwater drainage was also constructed, including gross pollutant traps and submerged works.
