Palm Lake Works Pty is developing an over 50s lifestyle resort on a parcel of land adjacent to and including part of the existing Pelican Waters Golf Course. When complete, the resort will contain 323 units.
Hall has been engaged to undertake clearing, environmental rehabilitation, habitat translocation, bulk earthworks, landscaping, golf course modification and lake extension for the project. The team will also construct bridges and lake revetment walls and install sewerage and water infrastructure.
